OUR RETURN POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy, from the day you receive your order.
This applies to fully priced as well as sale items. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all the protective materials and designer tags attached to them (if applicable).
When returning, the return shipping is paid by you. Please send your package as a trackable business parcel. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase, expect 3 -10 working days for the refund to arrive.
Please note, always contact customer service at email@example.com before sending a defective garment in order to get the return approved.

IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE SIZE OR PRODUCT
If you wish to change to another product or size please return your products and place a new order.
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are flawless on delivery.
If you receive a defective or misplaced item, you should contact customer service as soon as possible, no later than 7 days upon arrival. Vesna W is responsible for shipping in case of faults and complaints.
If you wish to make a complaint please email firstname.lastname@example.org giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address and contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
