After you have completed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the checkout. The email contains all the information about your order, such as payment, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs.

All deliveries are made to your delivery point. For packages that are not picked up, a charge for unpacked packages of SEK 249 will be charged. This corresponds to the costs that caused us to send out the package and received it in return. If you regret when the package has been shipped from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and return it to us. If the package is not retrieved, it will automatically be registered as not being retrieved and then debited.
We reserve the right for final sale and for any price errors that may arise. Sometimes it happens that one of the products you ordered is not in stock and will be back listed. This is because the product is not in stock or the delivery is delayed. An email will then be sent to you within 1-3 days. All deliveries within Sweden are free of charge. When returning, you pay the return shipping yourself.
