We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Vesna W, if that's not the case we always accept return items within 14 days. Just make sure your items are in the original condition and include all brandings tags. Products that are sealed must still be sealed in order for open purchase to apply.
When returning, you pay the return shipping yourself. We recommend to send your package trackable and as an business parcel. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase, within 5-10 working days.

If you receive a defective or misplaced item, you should contact customer service as soon as possible, no later than 7 days. We are responsible for shipping in case of faults and complaints.
